Yetah IQ ("we", "our", "us") is a 360° performance review platform that helps organisations collect feedback, track employee growth, and make informed people decisions. Our service is accessible at yetahiq.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, work email address, and password (stored encrypted) when you sign up.
• Google sign-in data: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Organisation data: your organisation name, employee list, and review cycle settings that you enter into the platform.
• Review data: scores, written comments, and competency ratings submitted during review cycles. Individual reviewer identities are kept anonymous where anonymity is enabled.
• Usage data: basic log data such as page visits and feature usage to help us improve the product.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Yetah IQ platform.
• To send transactional emails — review cycle notifications, deadline reminders, and account confirmation.
• To generate performance summaries and insights within your organisation.
• To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
• We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is built on PostgreSQL and hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access data belonging to their organisation.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Yetah IQ:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — application hosting and deployment.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in via your Google account.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data processing terms.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
