By accessing or using Yetah IQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of service

Yetah IQ is a 360° performance review platform that enables organisations to run peer, upward, and downward review cycles, collect feedback, and generate performance insights for their teams.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to process data of individuals without their knowledge or consent.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into Yetah IQ. We process it solely to provide the Service as described.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Yetah IQ available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

8. Limitation of liability

Yetah IQ is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
